Between Town Hall and Jenks Center, free parking is available between 1 and 3 hours. There are two entrances: Mt Vernon Street across from Town Hall, and from Skillings Road. Note there are spaces reserved for Jenks Center. This lot is used for off street parking during snow emergencies, and has been the location of the Winchester Farmers Market until the 2021 season.
